At DK Automobile, we are committed to delivering high-quality helmets and riding gear for your safety and comfort. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
 
1. Returns
 
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving the product under the following conditions:
• The item is in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
• The item includes all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
• Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is provided.
 
Non-Returnable Items:
• Helmets or gear that have been used or show signs of wear.
• Custom or personalized products.
• Clearance or discounted items (unless defective).
 
Important Safety Note:
For safety reasons, helmets cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened or the helmet has been worn, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
 
 
2. Return Process
 
To initiate a return:
1. Email us at support@dkautomobile.in with your order number and reason for return.
2. Please ensure you record a package opening video at the time of delivery. This helps us verify claims in case of damage, defects, or missing items.
3. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
4. Ship the item(s) back using a trackable courier service.
 
Shipping Costs:
• If the return is due to our error (wrong product, defective item, or damage in transit), we will cover all costs and arrange a refund/exchange.
• For size exchanges, customers will bear the courier charges. Requests must be made within 2 days of receiving the product.
• If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange (due to size or other reasons where the product is not faulty), courier charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Additionally, a ₹200 handling fee will apply for refunds on products valued above ₹3,000.
 
3. Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
 
 
4. Exchanges
• Exchanges are subject to product/size availability.
• If your size is out of stock, you may choose another product of equal or higher value from our website. If you select a higher-value product, you only need to pay the price difference.
 
 
5. Damaged or Defective Items
 
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
• Notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.
• Provide photos and the package opening video along with your order details.
• We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping costs).
